bath with large sink area and storage unit on wall along with under cabinet
storage. A large single window overlooks the deck and into the wooded area affording lots of
privacy and quiet.
Over head
is pull down attic stairs offering storage with 3/4 of the area
floored with plywood for more storage. Also attic fan to help keep thing
cooler.
Out
back on the Deck The deck is ideal for
grill, table and several chairs. Outside storage area has built in shelves and
houses gas water heater. A 300 watt security light is mounted high above the deck and activated by motion sensor, adding a degree of security at night.
All doors have dead bolt locks.
Electronic set back thermostat and hydronic (hot water) heating system keep the utility bills low during summer and winter. The natural gas fired 50 gal. hot water heater provides ample hot water reserves for bathing, kitchen and heating duties.
Heading to NC State
football or Carolina Hurricanes Hockey games is a breeze with your
close proximity to both venues. (You can watch the football games on TV and
hear the cheers from the stadium on the deck. Very cool!!.)
