Electronic set back thermostat and hydronic (hot water) heating system keep the utility bills low during summer and winter. The natural gas fired 50 gal. hot water heater provides ample hot water reserves for bathing, kitchen and heating duties.

Nice and open for furniture placement.  "Here we are at top of stairs. The washer dryer units and full shelves for storage. There is also pull down steps to mostly floored attic area. on the ceiling is fan and two smoke detectors. To the left is front bedroom door and to right is master bedroom door.

in front bedroom looking into bath area with windows to right. There is small linen closet to left behind bedroom door and closet is to my back in this picture. This room is larger than master as the front wall kicks out 2ft where the window are located. Outside high above deck is mounted a 300 watt motion security light. This light will turn dark into daylight. It lights up a good size area out back and turns on when someone walks up or you go outside, automatically.

Here we are looking out off the deck in back. The wooded area goes back for 200+ yards. There is a creek and lots of trails to walk or ride bikes on. Very private and back to nature setting close to RTP and Fairgrounds. During the State fair you can see the fireworks out back, and hear the cheers of football games at Carter Finley stadium. Here we are looking from woods towards unit showing deck, chimney and door to outside storage area. This is where the hot water heater is located.
Looking inside storage area. Hot water heater is to right and electric panel is to left of door. Shelve are built in and there is a light switch for overhead bulb. This is natural gas fired 50 gal hot water heater. It supplies heated water for domestic use and heating water for the hydronic  heating system by drawing hot water from tank with pump, circulating water through coil in unit under house where the air is warmed and blown out registers in floor.
