Why stay in a one room hotel with 2 beds and a small bathroom when you can stay in a Full size 1000 Sq Ft. 
2 bed room, 2 bath, second floor <<NON SMOKING UNIT>>- at Spinnaker Pointe sleeps 6. Located on North-end of Carolina Beach overlooking Oceana Marina, with marsh/ocean ICW view. Building has elevator, no dragging heavy suitcase up stairs.  Onsite enclosed pool-hot tub area, tennis courts, charcoal grills with picnic tables for guest usage and nice boardwalk to beach.

You can bring your boat and park in marina. www. Oceanamarina.com  $1.25 per foot/per night buy 6 get 7th free or $1.50 per foot per night. Close to Carolina Beach inlet,  on Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). You can cruise down to Southport, Bald Head Island, Myrtle Beach or up CapeFear river to Wilmington.

Unit has stack washer/dryer, over range microwave, elect stove, refg w/icemaker, wet bar, 2 full baths, sleeper sofa, cable tv, DVD player, Sit on back deck looking towards marina and high level bridge over ICW. Out front you can stand by the rail and see beach and marsh area. Foot path to beach with bridge that spans marsh area is nice to use for walks on the beach, or going to fishing pier on north end. Short walk to beach from condo unit. 

Driving your 4x4 on north and south end beach is by permit only. You pay $10.00 per day for the day or 40.00 for yearly. same on south end down by NC aquarium. More to do and less people on south end, Near historic Ft. Fisher and Southport ferry.

Speaking of ferry, you can take the ferry boat to Southport and back by car, takes 30 mins and cost 5 bucks per car per ride. A nice way to see the river and  ICW at Cape Fear Inlet. Also Fort Fisher historic area and NC aquarium is down south end.

check in 3pm check out by 10am. (extended check out till 1 pm add $35.00 if available.)

Pots, pans, silverware, dishes, blender, coffee pots  and most kitchen stuff in the unit. Also full size refrigerator. 
If you have a favorite cooking pan bring it along. :)

NEW!!.. We are now including:  2-  "Rio"  Beach chairs, sand anchor with table, 8Ft wide SPF50 Umbrella, 60 Qt. wheeled cooler and Wave rider board, also know as BoggieBoard or belly board.

Value Season ... (Nov 01-Mar 31) .......... $450/week , 210 for weekend Fri-Sat , 99 p/nt M-Thur
Thanksgiving and Christmas week are at spring rate.

Spring Season .. (Apr 01 - May 22) .. $590/week- 235. for weekend Fri-Sun 119 p/nt, M-Thur.

Summer Season .. (May 23 - Aug 31) .. $785/week-, 275 for weekend Fri-Sun, 128 per night 2 n. min. 

Holiday's  are min of 3 nights at weekend rate.   For weekly rentals during holiday period Add $95.00 to total
(Easter, Memorial Day, 4th, Labor Day)

Fall Season .... (Sep 01-Oct 31) .......... $590/week- 225. for weekend, F-S 109 p/nt, M-Thur.

** Weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday, Check-in 3PM & Check-out 10:00 AM. extended to 1PM. add $35 if avalible
** Weekend rentals are Fri-Sat night min. Same check in, check out times.
** 7 day rentals preferred from June 15 to after Labor Day.  Weekend only rentals not accepted more than 10 days from date of check-in.
** Linens Included with Weekly Rental only, Weekend rentals bring own or we provide for $29
** Plus 12.75% State and Local Tax applied to rental rate
** $100 Deposit required to confirm reservation 14 or more days out. Less than 7 day out, credit card/ paypal only.
**$300.00 security deposit by credit card hold.  (not a charge)
Cleaning Fee, if you elect to have us clean with 24 hrs before departure notice the fee is $60. for less than 6 days rental, $75. for 6-7 day rental..   If you do not clean the unit the min charge is $99, cleaning fee is taken as credit card charge only. If for some reason unit is not clean upon check in please call me that day to let me know.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash only. :) Check accepted 7 or more day before check in and are subject to 25.00 fee if returned for any reason. 

there is nice area with lounge chairs outside the pool area for sunbathing while being close to the pool.
